Yoga Nidra is the perfect way to unwind, to feel a sparkle of light (or more sparkles) to release tension out of your body.
Living in a world with a lot of stress, it is a present for body and soul to join yoga nidras in the evening.
First half hour we do very easy poses on the mat, sitting or lying down. One day we practice ‘yin’ the other day ‘Pawanmuktasan’ and both practices are very very slow and easy – everyone is able to join.
After this half hour we start with the ‘rotation of consciences through our bodies.
