Wednesday 7:30 Dynamic Hatha 20:30 Hatha

By improving your posture and alignment, you can benefit your respiratory health as well,  “Through my Hatha practice, I have enhanced my breathing techniques and increased my airflow”. Please register for this evening class.

Thursday 09:00 Dynamic Hatha 20:30 Slow Vinyasa flow

The main difference Vinyasa moves at faster pace and requires more breathing control than Hatha were poses are held for longer. Nevertheless, this ‘Slow Vinyasa flow’ is a very pleasant practice. Hatha is about this ancient yoga were breath is following the body.

Chikitsa for prevention, treatment of medical conditions; a therapeutical yoga through breathing techniques, meditation which incorporates lifestyle changes. During these classes only physical practice.
